My husband and I have committed ourselves to a "Wild Goose" chase! Our lives together have been anything but conventional, traditional, or a pursuit of the "choice foods" of this world. God receives all of the praise for this. The Holy Spirit has directed us away from high paying jobs, materialistic possessions, destructive indulgence, disillusionment in marriage, tolerant parenting, etc. At times we have looked on the other side of the fence and complained that the grass was greener. In those times, as we cried out to God, he was merciful and brought to light that which was hidden in the darkness. As we raise three beautiful children and live a very simple life we are aware of the powerful work God is doing. For Jesus did not come to build an kingdom on earth but to redeem those created in his image, the object of his love. My husband and I are fighting for family, relationships, the story behind every persons journey that along this path we might be a light into the darkness revealing to others our Savior and the source of life!
